Beautiful hotel close to all major attractions in Seattle. Staff was warm and welcoming. Room is spacious and bed is comfortable. They even have a shuttle service to the cruise port for $10. Best choice in a hotel, period.

Almost everyone was lovely servicable and very helpful with exception of night reception. Internet in the room was mainly not working for 2 day. It would work intermittently.
