Well situated, i was disapointed by the lack of customer service during check in with no explanation about what so ever (breakfast, time, pool and so on...) The room had a good size but need refurbishment especially in the bathroom. It was a pity that the hotel can not prioritize my request or accomodate to be on a higher floor and far from elevator. would not pick this one during my next visit to Seattle

Lots to like. This location is pretty perfect for exploring Seattle for the first time - walkable or take a lime scooter to any touristy spot down by the water/space needle/museums.. pretty great :) My only warning would be that when we booked with Expedia there was tiny print that we only found out at the end of our stay that we’d be charged an additional $30USD a day for the “urban retreat fee” - this includes in room coffee, use of the pool.. so things that normally are just part of booking a hotel room generically.. just be mindful of being charged extra fees .. or book directly with the hotel to avoid it.

The Warwick has a great location in downtown Seattle. The area has a lot of dining options nearby. Pike Place Market is about a 10-minute walk.

My besties and I thought the Warwick was perfect for our girls trip. The location was perfect to walk to almost everything we did, the staff was very friendly and helpful and our balcony was a fun extra!!

The valet followed my car into the check in area and said I have 15 minutes to check in and move or park. He wasn’t very kind. The room was dirty that we checked into. They moved us to another room and said they are having trouble with their housekeepers and asked us to send pics to the night manager. The front desk staff is very kind and accommodating. The pool is cool.
