The staff are kind and friendly. The hotell has easy parking. The place is close to restaurants and shopping stores. The rooms are clean but kinda small since we are used to texas sized rooms. But our overall stay is good.

Doesn't feel like an impersonal chain.

We were glad to have a clean safe place to stay that was in walking distance of many of the attractions we wanted to see. It would be nice if we knew that parking was not complimentary. The front dest gave us a code to use as a discount in the parking lot next door (as our vehicle was too tall to park in the hotel parking), when it didn't work and we got a parking ticket the front desk compensated us more than the cost of the ticket.

Convenient Location!

The hotel was clean, the staff were nice, and it was in a great location! We were in town for a Kraken game and it was convenient walking distance to the arena. Next time, if I were staying more than 1 night, I would save my $ and park on the street!

Great stay. I would give it 5 stars but we had no spare blankets for the pull out bed. When we called down to get some we waited 3 hrs to get only 1 thin blanket and one sheet. It should also be noted that even though it shows breakfast itā€™s not free. They should definitely let people know its $20 a person for a basic free type Breakfast. The hotel was very clean and staff was friendly. Around the hotel outside was very dirty with tons of dumpsters and homeless people. Great location however for the space needle
