My experience at the hotel was excellent. The staff was very attentive, especially the reception team. The housekeeping supervisor was also very communicative and attentive. The hotel facilities were excellent and the location perfect. My only criticism is regarding the room cleaning, which sometimes took two days without removing the trash and replenishing coffee and water. Unfortunately, I frequently had to request cleaning and replenishment of my room. Other than that, the hotel is perfect!! I loved being there.

Very clean Hotel with great amenities. Staff was super friendly and our room was just perfect. Very comfortable bed, very clean, and convenient because it was a 10 minute to the Space needle.
