I paid an additional fee to attend the New Year’s Eve event, which included a reserved table and bottle service. Unfortunately, the event was poorly managed and did not meet reasonable service standards. Our server did not attend to our table for over an hour, and service throughout the evening was inconsistent and inadequate. Despite having a paid, private reservation, multiple intoxicated guests repeatedly occupied our table and consumed the bottle we had ordered. There was no staff oversight to ensure our reserved seating and purchases were respected. I raised these concerns with the manager, who apologized and indicated the matter would be addressed. However, upon visiting our table, it was evident that several unauthorized guests were still seated there and continuing to consume our ordered bottle. The situation was not effectively resolved. Given the premium pricing for this event, the level of organization, service, and guest management was unacceptable. Overall, the experience was disappointing and did not reflect the quality or value expected

The room was always cold—no heat from register; the bathroom tile was freezing, and the nice rug that helped was removed on day 2; The George restaurant said no reservations, then we arrived and were asked if we made a reservation; their AI system is a disaster—don’t use it to get your car (never worked). Valet service was excellent; food also excellent.
