I was happy with our stay once the maintenance man showed me how to adjust the thermostat.
My issue happened after we checked out and headed home to Spokane. My daughter left her stuffed bear behind in the bed she slept in. She’s had the bear since she was a baby. I called the hotel that night after we arrived home. They transferred me to housekeeping and their voicemail box was full so I couldn’t leave a message. I called again the next morning and they were going to transfer me to housekeeping again but I told them no because their voicemail box is full. They took the information about the stuffed bear and said they’d keep an eye out for it.
We checked out on Monday, March 3rd and I’ve been calling almost daily. They still haven’t come across the bear. It has to be there unless the housekeeper either threw it away or took it home.
My advice: ALWAYS double check the beds and everywhere else before checking out, especially if you have kids, to measure you’ve gotten all f your belongings.
