Fantastic location, and on the high floor of the view is spectacular. Love being able to park and take the monorail to a show at Climate Pledge. A major drawback is that it appears that two elevators in the north tower are broken. Lines to get on the elevator were crazy long, and at 11 AM on Sunday it was impossible to catch an elevator to leave. I talked to some people who walked down 30 floors because they were tired of waiting for the elevator. Others were standing in the elevator lobbies with cranky kids waiting 20+ minutes for an available elevator. It was a sour note at the end of what was otherwise a lovely stay.
Room service is boxed food in a bag, which was disappointing.

Everything was excellent. It was busy and the staff was very effective in the way it was handled. My only complaint is the mini bar in the room had misleading prices. Prices posted were 9.50 for a beer. When i got the bill, it was over 12 dollars per beer. There is a small print, when you download the menu for the room mini bar that says there could be 22 percent charges and additional restalking charges. The wine also was charged out for more but it was a different wine then what was posted, so i guess understandable. Please just set the price and update it if needed. I don't think anyone likes surprise charges.

Very poor communication. They told us we have a credit for drinks but neglected to say if you use a portion of it you can’t use the rest. Rooms are too small. If you try to use wifi the system tells you they charge 2 $20 but when asked they said they would reimburse it but never told us at the checkin

Unfortunately we did not have a great stay. Upon arrival we were met with additional charges that were not included in our Expedia package “because we booked third party”. The main reason I chose this hotel was because the pool looked quite nice and I have young kids. My kids used the pool the first night, as did a lot of other children however were disappointed to find it closed and being drained the next day. Both of my children got sick the following day. I’m unsure if this was from the pool, or from the terrible on-site restaurant. Lastly there wasn’t complete seals around the room doors. I was woken in the night multiple times to loud voices and people running down the hall. I would NOT recommend this hotel.

The room was nice. The location was good in terms of going to the market and what not. Not real sure about eco-friendliness of the place. Being in a city, the people you see on the street aren’t overly surprising. The only real issue we had was that 2 out of the 4 elevators we had available were out of service which made things quite time consuming. But I realize that stuff happens. We would stay again.

Every time I left the room I came back and the door was open for anyone to walk in at any time. This happened 4 times. Also the maid broke into my room after cleaning it hours earlier while I was taking a nap. I had to cancel my second night due to some serious safety concerns. Also the valet gave me a hard time about getting my car once.

Family stay-in for a graduation ceremony

Valet parking is a joke. Even though I was ready to pay the steep $68/day they were full and had to park at an adjacent parking lot even though I was a guest check-in to their hotel. Check-in was very time consuming with a long queue. Needs more staffs and counters at the check-in desks. The elevators for the north tower was horrendous and took forever to come.If you plan to check out closer to 11:00 AM you can forget to use the elevator as I waited more than 30 mins and didn't get one as the ones that did come with very less frequency were packed full. This was with 4 operational elevators. I am told that it's even worse if you have a room at the south tower which has lesser operational elevators. Needs to be use more efficient technology with elevators. My family had to resort to go down the stairs 27 floors. Breakfast options at the relish bistro is not good enough or worth the price. Needs more variety. Rooms are very dated with lighting that is not bright enough. The only saving grace are the views of the city for a premium room was worth and staff (luggage, house keeping) were friendly and courteous.

I loved that they were able to hold out suitcases until our room was ready, this allowed us to explore the city without worry over our belongings. The staff was extremely helpful and offered free activity’s with the destination fee. The view from our bedroom was impressive and the bed was extremely comfortable. I will definitely recommend to anyone visiting Seattle.

Do note that parking goes by very quickly and is very expensive to the tune of $60/night. The staff, when you can find them, are extremely helpful. The directions concierge helped us find cheap parking, check-in was a breeze and the house keeping staff were delightfully pleasant. However, be prepared to wait long periods when staff are just not available. I waited without being noticed for seating at the Bistro for well over 20 minutes without any form or acknowledgment even after walking away. However, going to 1900’s I was met with immediate attentive service.
