Check in was slow and received a room that was not made. Had to go back to lobby to get another room. New room’s bed was worn out and should be replaced. Service in lounge was terrible. I stay at the Westin whenever I can but this stay was very disappointing.

Property and hotel itself was beautiful. The area was awful. We saw lots of people shooting up, sleeping on the streets and other things that I m not comfortable putting on here!

It is a very nice hotel in a perfect area if you want to walk to the market or waterfront—plenty of places to eat within walking distance. The bed was very comfortable and our room was clean. The pool water was a little dirty; I saw clumps of hair floating in the water, which was pretty cloudy. The wait time for check-in was about 30 minutes. Overall, it was a great place to stay.

We loved staying here as it was close access to Pike marketplace, Ferry, and walking distance to everything. One minor issue we had was during check-in that they could not locate us and without doing a thorough search they said we don't have you in our system and you have to contact Expedia. Training may solve the minor issue of how to help customers better.

This place is not worth the money. It is outdated and poorly staffed. We didn't have soap in our room. None. Had to call and ask for it, then she seemed confused about why we would need soap?? Restaurant was severely understaffed. Pool is tiny compared to the way the the photo looked online. Room and beds were tiny. Check in staff didn't explain anything about anything. Oh and then $60 to park. Will never stay here again.

Mixed bag at the Westin
Good: the beds were amazing and comfortable! Bad: there was no soap in the bathrooms (both rooms!!) so weird and gross Difficult: I tried to phone the front desk before arriving and tried 3x with no success! It just rang and rang. Best: LOCATION!!

Check-in line was a 45 min wait. Elevator wait was 5-10 mins and it was cramped and stuffy. There were four elevators side by side and it seemed only one worked at a time
