Called the desk twice to have air conditioning fixed. Someone came and stared at it and left. Didn’t work the rest of the night. Shower drain would not drain so we got to stand in a tub full of water to take a shower. Asked to be moved to a different room and was told they were all booked. Walk out the hotel entrance to people doing drugs in the street. Welcome to Seattle.

I didn’t like mandatory resort fee each night and forcing us to spend $10 of overpriced snacks. I didn’t feel the area around the hotel was safe since there are many homelessness around the hotel.

Room was not ready at the checking in time and always lines waiting in the lobby for check in/out. Found billing errors and the staff did not know how to fix it. Facility is great but the front desk is not very professional.

I was looking forward to staying at a Hilton… but as soon as I walked in things just kept goi g down hill! No hot water, 1 hour 20 minute to get breakfast after we were seated. Front lobby is nothing but disgusting,dirty, and so unorganized ! 1 hour to have by bill done. I will never stay agsin

Rough neighborhood 2 blocks away toward the water. Walking distance to target, cvs, and Starbucks. Many restaurants near by and one in the hotel.

Hotel was not worth the money. I would recc staying out of town and ubering in. They charge way more than I realized and in addition, a destination fee. The room was small and clean. Oddly furnished. Extremely comfortable bed and pillows. I feel this room was worth less than half what I paid. I paid less than half for a Hilton room in Chicago last year with multiple large windows facing Lake Michigan. I was really displeased with the price and would like a reduction in the bill. Anthony was nice. There was another gentleman from maintenance that helped us with a broken thermostat. He was really nice. A woman from housekeeping that day was also helpful and kind.

Room was dated, shower did not work well, lighting in bathroom poor. Had to haggle over having destination fee cover the few snacks we ate. Liked the fitness area.

Very noisy room on the same level as the restaurant that was more club like then restaurant like and the shower was nice and large but leaked water all over the bathroom floor
