Nice place for a short stay. Very pleasant staff. If your room is close to the main road there is a constant beeping noise from underground parking lot across the street but thankfully mostly only during the day. Very tight limited parking that costs $20 night. Clogged sink that was supposed to be fixed but didn’t happen. But otherwise clean and comfortable.

A fun hotel.

Stay pineapple was a fun and quirky stay. Very comfortable and great, helpful staff. I liked that it seemed a cross between a host, and a hotel.

Pretty good place. Quiet, comfortable. The price seemed great, then the $40 for resort fees and parking just made it okay. The 2 duvets, one for each person is stupid. I’ll never do Pineapple again for just that reason.

Staff were great but there were big issues with preparation and cleanliness. I was first assigned a room that upon entering was clearly still occupied or at the very least not cleaned. Second room was fine but must not have been checked or rented recently as the floor was covered with box elder bugs. Some alive, some dead. The bugs were also in the curtains as well.

The staff was very responsive, they welcomed us and our cat. They took care of some loud people late at night quickly and helped us find a good place to eat, and were generally very nice and helpful.

We had a death in the family and know one was willing to give us a refund for unused days. Therefore, Expedia is fired. there are so many choices, I am sure I can find another source.

This place is convenient for me when I visit university of Washington. The hotel is nice enough. The staff is good too. My complaints are with the deceptive pricing of hotel rates which don't include an add on " amenity fee" which is supposedly pay for Internet and coffee in the lobby - things that are typically standard and included without a fee. Also, the online link to tip housekeeping staff, given on a flyer left in the room is another attempt to charge the guest extra in order to subsidize the salary of hotel employees.

Great location near UW and comfy beds

My son and I stayed here during a visit to University of Washington. The location was fantastic - easy walk to campus and to public transportation to go downtown. Parking was easy, and the beds were AMAZINGLY comfortable. I was very happy with our stay!
