Stayed in king suite. Chain on door was broken. Had 2 bathrooms each with a problem. 1 bathroom the door didnt have a latch and i had to put the trashcan infront to keep it from swinging open. The sink also overhangs the toilet so you have to lean foward so you dont hit your side into it. The other bathroom the shower was missing the sliding door so water would just get all over the floor. So i had to poop in one and shower in the other with the door held closed by a trashcan. Room was clean, and the bed and pillows were soft though.

Overall very clean however room has a very bad smell. The room was clean but small which was okay for just the two of us! The staff was super friendly!

I like the European feel of the hotel. It’s a cool older style hotel. I like that it was reasonably priced and clean. I got a good sleep. There was coffee in the room and iced water downstairs. Overall good deal and good location.

The room did not match the pictures they use to advertise, extremely run down. Not worth the price. Only plus is that the location is near shops and restaurants. Would not stay here again especially for the price.

I'm deeply disappointed with my recent hotel stay, the worst in my years of frequent travel (up to 15 times annually) within the tourism industry. Issues started with the Digital Key Card registration, where despite pre-registering and paying for valet parking, the front desk retook my details and charged me again, totaling four charges instead of two. The room had a strange odor and hairs in the bathtub. A leaking bathroom ceiling created a large bubble above the toilet by the last night. None of the charging ports worked, the bathtub handle was broken, and temperature control was poor. When I reported these issues, the front desk was dismissive. Another guest's broken coffee machine was met with incompetence as they offered Keurig pods instead of a working solution, even suggesting she buy coffee elsewhere. Overall, administrative errors, room maintenance issues, and poor customer service ruined what should have been a comfortable stay.

The staff was very pleasant. But their hotel has a lot of delayed maintenance. its an old hotel that may have once been apartments. Old musty. Hotels nearby W and Marriott were about the same price but I think they are in better condition
