The hotel is priced at what it is for a reason. 1. The room is tiny with no dresser or closet to store luggage or items. The shelf in the bathroom can barely hold any items and it’s right about the toilet… unsanitary… 2. Housekeeping does not come unless requested and it’s $45. I asked for new towels, nothing else.. and got charged $35.. for towels…. 3. The hotel is extremely old and needs to be refurbishes that match the claims of the hotel. 4. There’s only 1 working elevator for the entire hotel. We waited 10 minutes for the elevator to check out with luggage but ended up dragging luggage down the stairs. The location is great, as it is in the center-ish of everything downtown. But there was no AC, only heat which required us to open the windows for cool air. Even then it was only 2 inches of fresh air because the staff screwed the stoppers in place. The window in our room did not have a screen so we were fighting with bugs our entire stay. Also, this is on one of the business streets downtown, so good luck on getting adequate sleep. Use the provided earbuds the staff leaves in the room to help drown out the constant yelling by the homeless, vehicle traffic, and first responders sirens. It’s decent if you’re not spending a lot of time in the hotel. But just pay a few extra bucks to stay in a comfortable hotel somewhere else.

Our room,320, was woefully neglected! A suite? Yes 2 rooms but they felt like 2 flophouse rooms that had been united by punching a door thru. The couch was looking very thrift store (I’m talking dirty )and decrepit. No lamp for extra light and and the overhead ceiling light was so dim it felt like a cave. again with the flophouse reference we had 2 bathrooms both of which had loose thresholds that presented a real tripping hazard and updates that were diy and dated too. A fresh coat of paint would do wonders. All considered I questioned whether I wanted to sleep in the bed. Did sleep in the bed and it was comfortable and clean. But I only slept until just before 8 when housekeeping started right out side our door. Stairwell door walkie talkie vacuum the whole nine. I won’t return and you may wish to rethink.

Though the bathroom was on the small side, it did the job and the shower was good. I didn't realize that there was not a desk in the room when I booked it, so that was my oversight. There's not a lot of space for hanging clothes, but perfect for a couple days' stay. I spent the majority of my time at a conference, and slept comfortably while at the hotel. It was a good home base for my business visit.

Parking so far away with no unload station was a joke and unload zone. Insult to injury there is no access to the elevators with out stairs (not ada compliant) amenities were little to none for the relative cost of the area, no microwave, right corners in room, bathroom door can’t even open fully. Tub handle came off during stay, overall terrible for cost of night to stay
