Location is really good if you are looking for exploring downtown. Parking is next to the building. Room was very Cozy and very well mantained.

You have to do your own check in and check out. There is somebody to help but that is why a customer pays for? I had to ask for new towels 2 times, they don't check the room, they want you to ask for anything that you need. If you want your room to be cleaned you have to pay 40 dollars. The crew was friendly, the hotel is nice for that price and the area is clean and safe.

Staff was very helpful! The room was clean and the bed was awesome. The only small miss was not emptying the previous guest’s garbage bin. There is a fantastic restaurant just around the corner…delicious food…bar and grill.

Very crappy remodel job, the shower only had one piece of glass so the water got all over the floor,with a lot of visible mold in the shower. The bathroom was smaller than a cruise ship and your knees were in the toilet paper rack while sitting on the toilet. There is 2 sets of stairs to get the the elevator which is really hard to get heavy luggage to. Way overpriced for what this hotel was, very disappointed and would not recommend and would not stay again.

There was not parking. I had to park up the street and pay $45. It was very impersonal, you have to check in on a tablet. Rooms were very small. Only 1 elevator working so took a while to get in and out of the room. The rooms had refrigerators so that was nice. The restaurant was nice and the staff there were very professional and friendly.

One of the elevators was out so catching the working one took forever. Also, did not get notified our rooms were ready until after 5 pm when I physically went there to find out why our rooms still were not ready. Positive note the front staff and rooms were nice.

Great First Hill Seattle hotel choice.

Stayed for 6 nights while relative in hospital nearby. Very comfortable bed, clean, and great location. Has a restaurant attached to purchase food and drink, but other options within walking distance. Initially garage was tricky to figure out but not difficult, add extra fee ($40-45) if you need to park car. All other hotels charge parking fee. Staff at front desk were all very nice and helpful. Highly recommend.

Only a quick overnight to go see the Blue Jays, great location, easy parking, walkable to the pier, T-Mobile and Lumen. Only issue was the heat/cooling unit only seemed to blow hot not cold. Would definitely stay here again.
