Enjoyed my stay. Clean and quiet room within walking distance to waterfront and downtown. Great deli open late across the road. Enjoyed breakfast as well. Note that you will need to manually lift your bags down about 8 steps to get to the lift and again in the reverse when you leave.

Coustumer service was great. The location is in the center of everything. No parkig, valet only. Their is coffee shop next door and you get 10% discount if you stay at the hotel. Overall it was great.

Breakfast is a waste don’t pay for it they messed my entire order specially asked for no ham got ham gave up trying. Very very outdated rooms you can’t even control temperature in the room for how much you pay not worth it. Also they will acknowledge they have a room you room available but we can’t let you check in even hour early or check out 30 mins later straight charge you 20 bucks extra for that.

Great value

Perfect for a quick overnight in Seattle. Great price for the location. It was really safe and easy to take the light rail from the airport and walk a couple of blocks to the hotel late at night. The room was small but it has everything needed. The bed was comfy. We will definitely stay again the next time we need a place in downtown Seattle!

Good location. Zero otesence of front desk staff. Rooms are small, with poorly laid out bathrooms. Required use of their app, which kind of made up for no staff. House keeping staff is friendly and welcoming. Area around the hotel is loud. So much so that they have earplugs in the room.

Convenient location and an okay stay.

We stayed for one night and the front desk was very generous to let us check-in a little early. The room provided the basics we needed, but one of the bedsheets had a tiny bloostain on it. The safe's buttons didn't press well so we didn't end up using it. There is no parking lot except for valet parking to a different lot. Otherwise, it's a convenient location that's within walking distance to many things.

The service was excellent and the rooms were clean. We had an emergency and had to cancel after the first night and the manager was super understanding and very helpful. He allowed us to check out with a full refund.
