The floor in our room near the refrigerator was dirty sticky from prior guests. There were no blankets or pillows for the hide a bed in the room even though we booked it for four adults. There were pretty significant stains on the hide a bed cushions and the mattress was horrible. We were unimpressed with the service of the Independent Restaurant in the building, 13 Coins, they were slow and weren't honest with guests who were trying to get tables. They stated the game had just gotten out however the game had been out for about 45 minutes. The breakfast buffet in the morning was good I wasn't impressed with the quality of the sausage or potatoes or scrambled eggs but the omelets were very good. The free drink benefit wasn't used because of the timing of the game but that was mostly on us. We would stay again but we would not get a room for four adults spend the extra money and get your own room the height of it is not suitable for adults.

It had the best hotel shower I have ever had-great pressure and towels. The curtain situation let too much light in. (There's a wall that blocks half the window but the light just bounces off it and into the room.) Very convenient to get the Amtrack train. The breakfast self serve hot bar wasn't super hot and the eggs were pretty bad.

We had a great stay here. The location was perfect for visits to a variety of Seattle attractions. The pool was perfect for my kids, and the complimentary happy hour and breakfast were a treat!

There was a power outrage that caused delays with the elevators and low water pressure, which the hotel staff failed to inform customers. The issues weren’t addressed quickly enough and the hotel staff didn’t even apologize for the inconvenience.

Everything was good here at the Embassy Suites, except the room was very small and was not a suite type room as advertised. Also my view was the view of the building next door. The complementary breakfast in the morning was very good.
