My friend and I came to Seattle for the weekend to celebrate my birthday, and I am so happy that we chose The Sound! The staff were extremely accommodating, provided great recommendations for food & shopping, friendly, and made us feel so welcome from the minute we arrived! The room was attractive / modern & very clean. The location is perfect - very walkable for many things in Belltown. Overall lovely stay here and would come back.

Staffs were friendly and helpful. The room was nice, clean and up to dated. One thing impressed my wife the most was shampoo, conditioner and lotion ( brand SACHAJUAN ). The foods was unacceptable. We ordered the 8 oz Prime Top Sirloin Steak ( $ 45 ) which was tough couldn’t chew and the Chocolate Cake was dried. We just enjoyed the Pulled Pork Sliders which tasty and enjoyed some drinks too. The manager gave us $ 50 coupon for the tough Steak. So we came back the next day to order the Pulled Pork Sliders again.

I just can't say enough great things about my recent stay. I have needed a good catch up session with my sisters, so I booked a show in Seattle and a room at your hotel. Every member of your staff is great! Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and more. Starting with the valet, to the door man and the front desk. The restaurant was a welcome amenity. The wait staff and bartender made our day! Good food and great laughs. Thank you so much for everything. I do have one complaint, it took all 3 of us forever to figure out the shower head system. LoL

It was my second stay at The Sound. The hotel was very clean andsophisticated. The rooms are modern and comfortable. The location is great for walking to the Climate Pledge Arena as well as Pike Place and the waterfront. Highly recommend.

We absolutely loved staying at the Sound hotel by Marriott. The rooms design concept was beautiful, well executed, warm and charming. They have thought about everything and anything you might need. From the Beautiful and high quality bath robes, separate temperature control in the bathroom and the room , blackout curtains, super quiet room, to a gorgeous shower and amazing lighting everywhere, these made our stay super comfortable and cozy. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Street Parking was a little hard to find, but Sunday and holidays are free.

Lovely hotel conveniently located in downtown. All facilities needed, clean, comfy beds, friendly staff. One of the better Seattle hotels. Shame about the state of downtown Seattle these days but nothing the hotel can do about that!
