Fantastic hotel for short stays. Concierge was fantastic with helping us organise a late check-out and they even have bag storage services. We stayed in Sydney for a convention and chose this hotel for its location. Very choice, sandwiched between Town Hall and Darling Harbour, it's incredibly accessible to nearby hotspots.

Small, cosy and quiet. Perfect for a work trip in the CBD. Only thing I could mention as a negative is I could make is the bathroom is nearly bigger than the bedroom but thats nothing to worry about in grand scheme. It may have been an accessible room.

Had a lovely overnight stay here. Room was really big and modern. Bed was comfy. Bathroom had everything we needed. The staff were kind enough to walk some bandaids up to the room on request. Easily walkable to anywhere you need to get to in the CBD. Our room was overlooking Clarence St and the only downside was that really early in the morning, a tow truck showed up to tow (what I assume was - based on how long it took and how much noise it made) multiple cars away. It was at that point we realised the room had zero soundproofing. So if you want a good nights sleep, maybe ask for a room that isn’t street facing.

Invoices

Shampoo bottle was almost empty. I could shampoo, so I didn’t complain it. After check out, a couple of invoices were sent, which seems not relevant with me - but attention is my name. (I prepaid the room charge and invoice value is different). In addition, I also received another invoice for mini bar even though I didn’t use. Room is very clean, but management seems not good.
