The staff were super friendly, and I really liked the lobby lounge that was available to use, as well as complimentary mini bar items. The location is fantastic!

The location is perfect. The coffee machine did not work for the 6 days i stayed even though i spoke to several staff about it. Replacing items like soap and tea & coffee in the room was intermittent. The bench was not wiped and i lost something under the bed and had to move it and it was very dusty and needed vacuuming. The property is quite old and dated.
