Two remotes for the TV but no instructions. TV would not connect for first several hours to the Oaks network. For 2 nights in a row at 2.30am the TV came on automatically at volume via a 3rd parties I Phone - remotely. No working phone in the room for duration of stay. Told to use my own phone to ring concierge when needed. Was advised phone line dead after following up on my initial request to resolve it. Pretty certain goes against building WHS requirements, along with the faulty power point next to the TV. Room was not serviced on the 2nd day. Somewhere in my booking's fine print was advised that was not included in the booking! Also, before you book, check which room you will be put in. Ours was right next to a major high way at eye level so you can imagine how noisy it was on the Fri and Sat night. Won't be doing that again!
