I recently stayed at this motel and had a surprisingly pleasant experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and had all the basics I needed for an overnight stop — a comfy bed, clean towels, a hot shower, and free Wi-Fi. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making check-in quick and easy.

Pros: - Coles in the same complex - Friendly staff - Good location if going to an event at EQ Cons: - Initially put in wrong room (basement level via car garage with street entrance) - Modern suite in dire need of TLC all round - Hallways and rooms have an awful smell - More than rough around the edges - Didn’t feel clean - Didn’t look clean (bathroom mostly) - No facecloth/washcloths?!? Never have I come across this before? - Did I mention how awful the place smelt? (Musty, moist and urine?) - Pool and gym not in the same building - Broken shower door, half off its hinges so didn’t close - Screen door broken, off its rail so didn’t close properly - Road noise as property is on the eastern distributor (basically a freeway) Review isn’t a reflection on the staff as the were friendly but I absolutely wouldn’t stay here again.

The room was very comfortable as was the bed, unfortunately the bed linen had someones blood stains on it. The kitchen and amenities were excellent but the air conditioner in the bedroom leaked water badly onto the bedroom floor and had done so for a long period as the arcatraves were rotting. Had to turn off AC overnight as the noise was like a Waterfall

3 night stay for cricket

Room was fantastic, clean and to a high standard. Kitchen was fine, no washing liquid that i could find but that just meant dishwasher or leaving it to cleaning staff to clean on checkout. Only downsides is that the gym is offsite, wasn’t that big a deal, but as it is shared with the Meriton residental apartments, is really busy at night, and is still bsy at non-peak times in the afternoon

Staff were very helpful but the room lacked basic items (eg no bin, some cooking utensils, fridge door shelves). There was a bad food smell coming from an adjacent apartment. The swimming is in another apartment building a block away. For what we paid I'd say it was horribly overpriced (not worth more than $300 per night)
