Our stay at the hotel was nice. Good facilities and clean. However, the manager that worked the front desk was not professional and condescending and made it sound like we were trying to steal fruit.

You have to pay for parking which is fine but then they never conform you paid and will just let you in and out if you push the button. Checking in we weren’t able to get into the room at the promised time and had to wait in the lobby with many other families. You basically have to wait in line twice to check in. Once to check in and then if the room is not ready to get your keys. Location is convenient.

The only one thing i like about this hotel is its proximity to Universal Studio and the convenience of a shuttle service from the hotel to the park. However, i'm not a fan of the fact that the hotel doesn't offer free parking for quests. If you're driving, you'll have to pay $35.15 with tax per day - a ridiculously high price.

I was going to Universal Island of Adventures with my granddaughter and the hotel is right across the street. It was super easy to get to and the price was excellent. The ladies in the front desk were so nice and pleasant. We got hot chocolate chip cookies when we checked in.
