A chic coastal style with high end finishes create a sunny vibe in this 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom luxury home positioned on a quite cul de sac with mature pine trees along its borders. This home's location offers a great balance of accessibility, privacy, beautiful décor, an open floor plan and plenty of natural light.

The fully stocked kitchen includes upgraded appliances, gas cook top, stainless steel appliances and granite countertops.

Relax in the peaceful, fenced in backyard w/dining area, gas grill, covered patio & outdoor shower.

The master bedroom has its own large private balcony overlooking the backyard.

Or you can turn left onto 30A then turn left by Goatfeathers. Access & parking are at the end of the street. Or continue on 30A to an access in front of Shunk Gulley at Gulf Place.

The place was awesome! Not much to rant and rave about. Just a really great house and location. Only complaint is the cart needs new batteries. They don’t stay charged very long. Also beds are super hard. The mattress pad in master is filthy.

This was our third visit to 30A in 3 years. We've stayed at 3 different VRBOs all of which have been excellent experiences. This house was very well stocked with utensils, beach equipment/chairs, towels, etc. The best part was having a 6 seater golf cart and being so close to the beach. Excellent location. Comfortable and clean. My only complaint is with some of the furniture especially the leather sofa which wasn't the most comfortable but it was satisfactory nonetheless. Very relaxing and private outdoor spaces. Nicely fenced in backyard with hot and cold outdoor shower. Overall an excellent experience and relaxing vacation.

Great stay!

We have a wonderful vacation staying at 100 Snapper Street. The house is great, backyard is wonderful, and bikes were so nice to have + all the stocked beach gear. Would have preferred cotton sheets for the beds but all in all it was great and we’d stay again.

Beautiful, well equipped home!

My husband & I stayed at this property for a month. We both needed to work from home. It was so nicely appointed from the kitchen to the bedrooms (one w/ a desk), to the living room, even the laundry room. We needed a vacuum cleaner after a couple weeks & I reached out to the property mgr. & she went and purchased one and brought it by the house! Amazing service & responsiveness! We'll definitely be back!
