Love love loved this hotel and its unique location! As Japan lovers, we really felt like we were in Japan with all the decor and design elements. Very comfortable rooms and setup, friendly staff and CONVENIENTLY located at the heart of Japan town, walking distance to Fillmore st with access to the bus and easy to get in and around town. The room was quite clean, and the staff was very friendly. They also provided complimentary bottled water, which was a nice perk. Free coffee and tea for guests was another great touch. Unfortunately, we didn’t get to use any of the amenities since there was plenty to do outside. The breakfast was buffet-style and very convenient.
