"Convenient "
Host was responsive and flexible to meet with the key, apartment was in great central convenient location but with double-glazed windows to keep out the city noise, had a full granite kitchen and functional living area. very comfortable stay for 4 nights. Only issue was the very hard pillows - maybe bring your own if that's an issue!

"Good set of apartments. Have stayed previously."
Stayed here for the tennis. Free shuttle tram service was just down the road and made it worthwhile. Apartments are fairly central to Melbourne's CBD and area is quiet. Have stayed here previously and would do so again.

The apartments were nice to stay in and close to where I wanted to go. A few things I would complain about is the check in procedure and they need a sign on the Collins st building to say the apartments are in that building

After numerous renovations the theatre was purchased in 1987 by David Marriner, as part of the Marriner Theatres group. The Princess Theatre was renovated and re-opened in 1989 with Les Misérables and then The Phantom of the Opera, which established records for the longest running show ever staged in Victoria. Today the theatre continues to play host to musicals and other performances.
