A little old hotel but great staff and location. We got a room on the 3rd floor and the only pain was that there was no elevator. They do help you with bags when you check in. But daily up and own with stairs is something you should be expecting. The pool looked nice, even though we couldn't make use of it. Adding breakfast is recommended. Shout out to Roberto working there. Also the room has almost 0 power outlet other than the one near TV so we had to plan to charge our phone and couldnt use phone on bed while it was charging.

Where do I start???.. dupped on 24 hour shuttle service. When requested they said I would have to call a cab. When I did call one the cab driver quoted me 900 Pesos & the manager told him in Spanish to charge me 1100. He thought I didn't understand 😕..next poor towel service. Next a lot of accidental areas where one can injure themselves. Next having to come back & forward to communicate with them due to no phone service. One Chanel of English which presented the same episode of NCIS over & over again. The room was much smaller in person than in the pics. Kept banging our toes on furniture 😫.. Over all it was not worth it. But my wife & I had an awesome time outside of the Hotel.

Total reprieve from the world. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Pool was chilly but refreshing. Loved the options of pools. This place has a comfort level of a well loved space. Nothing is shiny and new, but it is lovely and exactly the vibe we wanted. Bathroom is a bit tight with the shower so close to the toilet but it’s totally manageable. For the rate paid it is perfect and there is nearby shopping and gas stations and a Walmart. We felt safe and all was good.

I booked here based on the strength of the reviews, but I was dubious of the generic, staged room photos. In hindsight I should have chosen elsewhere, but that's mostly due to specific needs. There is nowhere to sit at a desk/table in the room. Usually there's a desk, or a table and mirror for women to do make up etc. I spoke with reception and they told me none of the rooms have this, so it seemed even moving rooms wasn't an option. This is a big issue for me as need to be able to comfortably spend some time on my laptop during my trip. The internet was also intermittent at best and wasn't working most times I needed it. The room itself was ALL bed, there's barely any other space. Even for two people the bed is unnecessarily large. If it was smaller, there would be plenty of room for a desk and other typical comforts. The pools looked nice but the rooftop one was the only one with a good amount of sunshine. The water looked a little murky so I was unsure about using it. The location is great if you want to explore central PDC, but next time I'll stay further afield and get somewhere with more space and useful amenities.
