We had a wonderful experience during our stay. We were received by a warm greeting, check-in was quick and received all the information we needed. Our room and the common areas were clean. There seemed to always be someone around to city up and keep the areas clean. The breakfast was made to order from a menu, the staff were courteous. and the hotel is central located and close to everything. Great stay with wonderful staff.

Room was impeccable, staff very friendly, bed and linens cozy, and the rooftop poo was a haven. Fri and Sat night music from the bar across the street was VERY loud but stopped at midnight—bring your earplugs and a vacation attitude and you’ll live being in the thick of it in lively Playa del Carmen, one block from beautiful Playa Mamitas beach, and in easy reach of everything you need. Bonus—Trattoria del Centro is just up the street and has the best Italian food and atmosphere in town!

This was a perfect hotel for our family. It was close to the beach and 1 block away from 5 Ave. Everything we needed was close by. And the rooftop pool on the property was amazing. Not large but perfect for us with sea views. But the best part?? The staff. They have the best people: Ricardo in the parking, Yoan and Alma at the front desk, Ricardo and Sandi in the restaurant. They were the best. We will back at this property again and again. Thanks for everything!!!

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Very nice rooms and well located. Areas of improvement could be 1) better tv channels, no us channels, very little in English -add Fox News. 2) bathroom has no door, more privacy exiting shower, 3) ice machines and laundry 4) beds are shorter than us standard 5) adding microwave would be nice
