BED BUGS!!!! BED BUGS!! We got bit all over. The rooms were horrible with floors that were peeling off and hurting your feet. They barely clean them too. They won’t bring new towels unless you call a bunch and even then they bring one. The safe would open at one point… fishy. My strainer got stolen!!! It’s so loud at night from the clubs near by and it goes on all night long. The food sucks. This is an absolutely horrible place to stay. There’s a pool upstairs which is the only redeeming quality. They didn’t even comp our stay and we were ravaged by these bed bugs. There was a weird smell probably pesticides.

Great hotel! My stay was great, beautiful rooftop pool, 10 min walk to the beach (3 long blocks), super cool stadium and track next door. The regular room was a bit small, but still really nice for value. Excellent service. I’d recommend this place for couples and families looking for an affordable option. Solo travelers, there are more exciting options!

Average stay, comfortable, good location. Only con was the access to building was through a 2nd floor public courtyard and the walk to the street level was out of the way. Elevators did not give you direct access to the street level. bit of a maze to get in and out.

The hotel is one block from the heart of the action in Playa Del Carmen but you'd never know by how quiet it was. The hotel is clean, the staff are friendly. Great location, very safe, lots of food options around
