I recently stayed at the Kimpton Hotel Palomar Philadelphia by IHG for a birthday celebration, and I was so impressed by all the little touches—like the chocolate treat in our room and the late checkout, which was such a generous gift. After leaving, I realized I had accidentally left behind an item I’ve had since childhood. I didn’t notice until I was already back at school, and both my mom and I called desperately, hoping it hadn’t been thrown away. When I finally reached the right department, they immediately reassured me that they had it. I drove back that night to pick it up, and not only was it returned to me with a smile—they had washed it as well. That meant the world to me. Thank you for going above and beyond. Exceptional service and genuine care!

Staff was friendly and welcoming. Rooms were adequate, decently clean for center city. Bed linens were decent quality, rooms were fairly quiet. There was a noticeable musty/damp smell at least on the 16th floor hallways/rooms. Location is great, watch out for the hidden $28 amenities fee. This can be used as a credit with hotel restaurant which is nice but we never ended up using it.

Excellent stay at the Kimpton Palomar as always, from valet taking vehicle to checking in to having a clean room , great breakfast and complimentary tickets for 2 free drinks at bar. We always enjoy staying here. 🤩 ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We picked this hotel because it is extremely pet friendly, and within walking distance of the Mutter Museum, Independence Hall, and other attractions we wanted to see. What we didn't know, was simply how amazing this hotel is. Everything we needed and wanted was delivered to our room by a friendly staff. The hotel is clean, quiet, and well taken care of. The views of the city are amazing, and its a real treat to stumble across some of the 100 year old architecture. We are already planning our next visit to Philadelphia, and will stay at the Kimpton Hotel Palomar
