The room was clean. Beds were very comfortable and the sheets and pillows were top-notch. Bathroom was nice. Could’ve used a chair in the room. Air conditioning and heat worked in abundance, but a little difficult to modulate. I’d say that’s more of the thermostat than anything else. Front desk staff was very nice. Parking was difficult because the hotel was very full.

while the room was clean, there was only 1 pillow per person, the fridge was broken so we could not keep anything in our room. we tried to call the front desk but the phone was broken. I called with my cell phone and was put on hold for over 10 minutes with no one ever coming back on after putting me on hold. there are much better places to stay in the city. will not stay here again.
