Howard was extremely helpful and prompt. I had just driven in 5hrs into Philly and by the time I had put my jacket on and got out of my truck, he was all loaded up the bell cart and took me to my room unloaded and the smoothest check in. Great hotel.

I mean, where do you begin? I guess people steal their glasses so there’s like no glasses in the room. You have to call down the front desk for them. They don’t have room service, which is fine. I understand that, but the woman was so rude when I asked if they have room service. The air conditioning vent literally has black mold inside of it. You can see it. Just really disappointing. I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels in the city and this one by far is the worst. I guess if it’s the cheapest one you’ll know why.
