I made a reservation through Expedia to this hotel however, I must report that this hotel requires significant renovations. The breakfast options were limited to a banana and oatmeal, and the restaurant/bar offered a very restricted selection of beverages. The rooms were exceedingly small, and upon arrival, I found the towels to be stained with blood, necessitating a request for new ones. The check-out time was unusually early at 11pm, whereas standard check-out times are typically at noon. The check-in time was at 4am, whereas most hotels permit check-in at 3pm The gym was not accessible 24/7 as advertised, and the heated pool that was supposedly available was not open at all. Additionally, the lighting was insufficient, the electrical outlets were non-functional, and the Wi-Fi connection was entirely unavailable and gave me error messages I am also not sure why they inform you that the deposit is refunded upon check out but hasn't been issued to my bank account it's been a week I also would like to know why the hotel doesn't have a direct line and reservations has to try to get answers they gave me so many issues I don't know if I would come back unless improvements are made
