Overall I stay for the weekend was good. The number one positive was that they have the best bed I've ever slept in at a hotel. The number one negative is that they have some of the thinnest walls of ever experienced at a hotel.

I only got to experience one day only but it was exceptional. The rooms were immaculate. I always look the at shower and check my mattress before use and it was clean and perfect. The ombiance was everything. Cant wait to come back.

Great place to stay

Good location, walkable to the convention center and Reading Terminal. The room had a fun, modern Midcentury Modern vibe. Pleasant staff. Just a heads up if you plan on using the parking garage attached next door. It apparently is possible to have to wait up to 45 minutes for the valley to retrieve your car. This did not happen to me. I was able to get my car in 5 minutes. However I guess it is possible that they sometimes get backed up so I don't know if it would be helpful to request your car before you need it.

Loved the location to the Academy of Music to see Alvin Ailey. Really didn't like the dining hours for the hotel. The ARt Bar didn't seem to have many workers. We were told that drinks are quick, but if we wanted food there would be a delay. The actual Art BAr Bartender sent us over to Ruth's Chris which was having a Happy Hour. We ate there and had great drinks. Only thing is they close around 10 PM and this was on a Friday night!! Also in the morning, only cold limited food for purchase and only Starbuck's coffee. We know it's popular, but we DON'T like the taste of Starbuck's. Only stayed overnight, but would have been nice to have some food and cocktails somewhere close if not in the hotel. On another note, mattress was EXcellent!!

Overall, pleasant stay in walkable area. The bathtub drain backed up but it was fixed after the first day when I told them about it. I realized on my last day the room phone didn’t work. The first day I threw away the toilet paper roll, as it was, ahem, unhygienic. But all else was clean!

The hotel is a nice, modern hotel. The door guy was extreme helpful, gave us some good recommendations for dinner and everytime we saw him he was very friendly. The hotel charges a $20 a night entertainment fee, the pool was closed, no entertainment except for the bar and steakhouse! Hotel was conveniently located to restaurants, shopping and a short walk to the sites! My main complaint would be the noise! It was very noisy, kids being loud to 2am, running the hallway! and $50 a night to park your car!
