Firstly, the receptionist was not professionl she presented a very aggressive tone whilst rendering service. In my opinion almost very arguementive. There is shuttle service, so this is an absolute advantage, however the driver was unfriendly and he didnt greeted our party to collect bags. Boarded the shuttle and my oh my pig pen. Anyhoo the property itself seemed to be recently rennovated, the grounds were fairly well presented. I stayed in room 234 it is fairly big and nicely appointed however, the wash cloths and sheets needs upgrading as there were many holes. On my check out the receptionist was very professional and very accomodating to my needs and apologize for all inconvenience caused. She is indeed a keeper and a valuable asset to the hotel. I will not return but I wish the team and management much success.ĺ
