Travelling for a little R and R with my daughter, Fairfield Inn and Suites was a great choice. Check in was smooth and quick. Our room was comfortable and well proportioned. We loved the Artwork as well. The Staff was friendly and accommodating. Hotel is in a walkable location to Philly points of interest, shops and restaurants are close by as well. I truly enjoyed the area and its surroundings. Will definitely return soon.

Depending on what room you get, the hotel is very loud. The noise from the hallway can keep you up. The bed is comfortable. The shower is good lighting in the room is annoying but the front desk and staff are all very helpful and nice.

Good central location. Staff was friendly. Room was clean and well maintained, however one day we asked for housekeeping services when we left at 11am and when we returned at 6pm the room had not been done. Also, the exact same breakfast choices for the four mornings we were there was a bit disappointing. All in all though, would stay there again.

We had a totally unacceptable experience at this hotel. When we arrived, the door was locked. Nobody answered the bell intercom or the telephone. It was after midnight and raining and we were stranded outside. 20 minutes later, a woman came into the lobby and opened the door. When I mentioned what had happened, she started yelling at me that she was the only one working that night and there was nothing she could do about it. I have never seen behavior like this at a hotel. The hotel employee was so hostile and rude that we left the hotel and had to look for other accommodations late at night in the rain.

Small rooms with boutique feel surrounded by good restaurants and coffee shops. Breakfast was better than usual at this price point. Rooms were comfortable although small and walls thin so you could hear neighbors in the shower. Staff was friendly. I would skip the attached restaurant - there are better options nearby.

Cute boutique hotel in arts district in historic building, reminiscent of NYC theatre district. Room is really small by today’s standards but shower and bathroom large. All I needed for a business stay of one night plus free breakfast!!!! Great vegan restaurants and theatres nearby in walking distance! For the price I will stay here again! And staff were wonderful!
