The service we received at this hotel was outstanding. We got stranded after booking with another property and found this hotel the night of. The location was perfect, the service was outstanding. The front desk receptionist was warm, friendly, and patient with us. My only areas of disappointment was the parking lot. The parking lot was difficult to maneuver and needs to be updated. We also ran into an issue with one of the towels in the bathroom needing to be replaced as it was old and stained, however we requested and received a fresh towel. Finally this survey asked if we enjoyed our free breakfast. We enjoyed our breakfast, but it was not free. We were charged for the lovely breakfast. Perhaps we went to the wrong place for breakfast.

The staff was lovely and accommodated our early check-in, but upon checking in the drawers to the dresser will all open and we didn’t have any hand soap, our hot water wasn’t working and neither was the room phone. The room was nice and spacious, walking distance to restaurants and the beds were comfortable, but those other issues left a bit of a sour taste in our mouths.
