Overall, my experience was beautiful and enjoyable. However, I was disappointed on my first night when I got into bed and discovered sand in the sheets, leading me to believe that the sheets may not have been changed. The room cleaning seemed inadequate, as there was also sand in the closet designated for dirty dishes. I called the front desk, and they promptly rectified the situation. Despite this issue, I had a wonderful time at the resort and would recommend it to others seeking a tranquil getaway for couples.

We loved it. The service, the people, the food, the resort, the entertainment, the cleanliness. Everything was top notch. We had a wonderful experience. If you are coming to this resort- a couple of things to know: 1. Men- bring long pants. Some of the restaurants onsite require it to eat there. 2. If you are hungry- stay away from the Sports Bar- not good eats. 3. Bring cash. Any vendor can charge any tax they want, and the atms charge a huge amount to get your cash out. Other than that it was awesome!

The property was gorgeous! The rooms were clean and comfortable. I liked the tropical vibe- trees and plants and water everywhere! It was awesome to be able to lay my the pool or lay by the ocean! The buffet had a huge selection and the food was good. Getting in and out of the restaurants was good. I did not like that i had to use my phone/ app for the menu. Its took away from the no phone vacation part. Everyone was friendly, however very hard to understand- they all spoke spanish. I had asked the front desk for a reservation amd they said they had it. But when i came back the other person at the front desk couldnt find it. That was frustrating. Also when i went to ask a question at another restaurant (wjat is the latest reservation they take) the person needed to use the ipad translator. I would definitely recommend this resort, but learn some Spanish.

Beautiful pool very clean. The food options were good. The beach is not really swimmable It’s dangerous rip currents/waves red flag so just know that if you’re someone who likes to swim in the ocean past your knees, this probably wouldn’t be the place but it’s gorgeous to sit in a chase lounge on the beach and have unlimited drinks The night entertainment was fun too. overall it was a great experience. I would definitely come back.

This resort was nice but the beach was not the best . There was a lot of seaweed but it seems people loved the pools more than being on the beach. There were a lot of restaurants to try but the quality of the food was not the best. Their buffet style restaurant was closed in the evening which I thought wasn’t ideal. Also, drinks were not great either. They weren’t consistent and very watered down. Staff was really nice and the entertainments at night was amazing.

First let me say the property itself is very nice. HOWEVER the food at the buffet is always cold. I made several complaints about it and nothing was done. Then since my family had the Excellence club, I decided to buy it as well. The receptionist didn’t want to switch my room from section 8( basic side ) to the Excellence club side. Had to tell him to switch it. Then the bartender Hendricx or Hendrix which ever way you spell it was such a rude nasty man. I kept informing him I have the Excellence club package but my room isn’t ready but he kept screaming and yelling what’s my room number because he was not going to serve me my drink unless I was an Excellence member( rude). Then I ordered room service. Horrible experience. Never have I ever been to a resort that will bring you room service where they have walked about a good 7 minutes from the kitchen to your room with the food u covered. They did not wrap my food in the saran wrap or even the silver plate covers. Horrible service. Then I’ve noticed the darker skinned workers at the resort were very racist/ colorist toward my family and I. The entertainment male who is slim and dark skin, told my sister she was not able to do karaoke because it was full, yet let two white women walk up and add their names to the roster to sing. Then the attitude of one of the darker skinned males at the restaurant was very rude and disgusting and we asked for a different waiter. And trust me i went to the front desk to voice my concerns .

The resort is very clean and constantly being taken care of. The food is good. Very friendly staff. The only thing that bothered was that you have to constantly make sure you have your "do not disturb" sign on at all times...cleaning ladies will go into your room when you are at dinner or are out even at 9 or 10 pm or when you're winding down to go to sleep. So that was a little annoying and unexpected. Upon arrival we upgraded to Club Excellence but it wasn't worth it as it is not as exclusive as they make it out to be. Everyone has access to it so need to upgrade. The only perk you get is access to one of the restaurants that others don't. All the restaurants have good food so, again, no need to upgrade. Services offered at the resort like spa and off-resort activities are a total rip off. Everything seems to be around $250 per person, from massages to snorkeling. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

Overall we had a great time. The food was great. Our favorite restaurants there was The Grill and Aguve and they had the best wait staff. Sol bar on the beach also had great friendly wait staff. We were celebrating our anniversary and my husband’s birthday during our visit. The team made our visit special by setting up romantic dinner and breakfast, decorated our room and provided a birthday cake for my husband. The entertainment staff worked hard at engaging with guest and was friendly. I loved the idea of no reservations for dinner or having to check towels in and out compared to other resorts. Housekeeping did a great job of keeping the room clean and providing fresh towels. The check in and check out process could have been better as there was only one person during check in. During check out we stopped at the desk twice and were told we were good. Once our driver arrived we was told we needed a ticket to leave stating we were clear but that was quickly rectified. Overall our stay was good.
