Building is disgusting, walls have residue stuck to them and carpets are covered in debris. Front desk acts like they aren’t aware and that it’s not their fault even though every floor in the building, even the lobby, is dirty. Every story is under major renovation and not welcoming to stay in.

The carpet in our first floor hallway was discolored. Also in the hall, every other ceiling tile was removed. In our room there were many drywall seems visible and the ceiling light did not fit in their holes. Even though we booked for 4 occupants we only received 2 towels. Speaking of towels, they were stained. Saturday the fire alarm went off for no reason. The front desk said it was a test but they were frantic at the fire panel to turn it off. Worst of all, my daughter found a random pair of pants in her bed. All in all it was gross.

Good value for an overnight stay

Extremely friendly and accommodating staff. The free shuttle to the airport and free breakfast and overall price were all big positives, as was being able to leave our car there for a reasonable price while out of town. The rooms need updating. Lots of stains on the carpets and in the shower areas. They are renovating, so I would recommend this place for overall value.

Thankfully bedsheets were clean and bed nicely made. However, carpet was not vacuumed completely, bathroom floor was sticky and hair dryer did not work. Facility is in dire need of an upgrade. Shuttle to airport was on time and driver very friendly.

Sheets were not changed. Stained sheets. Beds made daily but no sheet change. Stains and damages throughout the room. Carpet needs to be replaced. Whole bunch of money there things.

Run down, filthy property. Had an awful odor, the floor we stayed on was partially under construction with Sheetrock dust and construction materials in the hallways. The whole place was just really filthy and run down.

We stayed here 2 non-consecutive nights, 3 days apart. The first stay was on the 2nd floor and carpet was filthy. The room smelled musty. The bathroom as well as the sheets were clean. It was fine for the short night we were there. The front desk staff was friendly and quick when we checked in after 1am. The shuttle drivers were prompt, quick and very friendly. The 2nd night we stayed was on the first floor. The room smelled clean. The carpets, linens, bathroom were all clean. It was as if we were in a different hotel. We would stay here again

I knew walking down the hallway that I had picked the wrong place to stay. Filthy walls and carpeting. Inside the room was no better. Black smudges on the bathroom sink could be wiped off with a tissue which indicates to me the cleaners are incompetent. Also, finding a used towel on the hook behind the door was another clue that cleaning isn't done. The floor of the bathroom had globs of dust collected in the corners and along the tub. The carpet in the room had piles of crumbs all along the walls. I never removed my shoes. I should have left but managed to survive the night.
