The staff were wonderful and very friendly at the front desk. The only issues I had were with cleanliness. My room was not cleaned once in 2 and a half days, despite my privacy sign not being on my door when I went out, which was surprising to me. I also noticed a few hairs in the shower AFTER I had showered twice that were black and very curly that I hadn’t noticed before (which was very scary and weird to me, as I thought someone may have used my shower while I was gone). My hair is blonde and very wavy. This was black and very curly hair. I was alone during my whole stay. On the morning of checkout, I noticed some small dots of dried blood on my duvet. Of course with my luck, and lack of awareness, I had only noticed/found this as I was about to leave. I have no open wounds, or wounds at all, and didn’t have a bloody nose or anything (I’m 1,000% certain it was someone else’s blood). My stay wasn’t terrible whatsoever. Due to being a hotel stay novice, I feel that I didn't do a proper inspection of things I thought would assuredly be clean (such as my very slightly blood-stained duvet). All in all, good stay. Make sure you look through everything well during any hotel stay. Learn from my mistakes I suppose haha.

Do I get my $100 back?

There's no communication on how long this establishment holds money to ensure you don't damage the hotel. If it's insurance, I was under the impression I would be gettong it back within 7-10 business days bit we're rolling on day 10 as I type this.
