The staff were warm and welcoming. The shower needed to be better cleaned, and the toilet had to be fixed so it would stop running. The staff came pretty quickly to fix it and were very courteous.

I booked this for $170 a night and ended up paying over 260 a night. Expedia did not honor their “last minute deal” Totally deceptive. I should get at least a $100 refund . This property was cheaply appointed limited but extremely expensive breakfast. And just a total ripoff, and Expedia did not honor the price for which I booked…they went along with the last minute price hike as I was checking out. Expedia should not be facilitating a corporate ripoff. This is a noisy, unsafe, cheaply appointed, exorbitantly priced terrible deal

I stayed at this hotel for one night and was very disappointed with the experience. When I arrived, my room wasn’t ready—even though it should have been—and the staff told me they would call me as soon as it was available. They never called. I ended up waiting much longer than expected, and because of that, I couldn’t shower or change before my dinner plans. It was definitely not the experience I was hoping for. I expected better communication and readiness from the hotel.
