Stop with all the Fees
There has to be a better way to let guest know about the hidden fees. We paid almost $300 more than what was charged due to $70 mandatory valet and $40 mandatory on an urban experience fee (resort fee) totally unacceptable. I think my stay would have been more enjoyable if it was not for the fees. The bed was not that comfortable, needed more and bigger pillows for a king bed. No one picks up when calling guest services. We had to go downstairs to request valet for checkout.
