The Sofitel was great we stay here every year to celebrate my wife's birthday. Staff is friendly the place is always decorated so nice for the holiday season.

Grout peeling in bathroom. Only a comforter no sheets. We had a handicap accessible suite for no reason not what I booked. The shower door wasn't sealed so I fell in the bathroom. Hit my head.. then got walked in on while having sex... at 10am when check out is 12 are we kidding me

I had a wonderful stay at the Sofitel Philadelphia. The hotel perfectly combines French elegance with modern comfort. The location is excellent—central, convenient, and ideal for both business and leisure. The rooms are spacious, quiet, and very comfortable, with high-quality bedding that ensures a great night’s sleep. The staff was professional, attentive, and genuinely welcoming throughout my stay, always ready to help with a smile. The overall atmosphere of the hotel is refined yet relaxed, making it a great place to stay in Philadelphia. I would definitely recommend Sofitel Philadelphia and look forward to staying there again on my next visit.

Our room was not well cleaned. For example: Toothpaste splatter from last guests still on the mirror in the bathroom. Also, the room smelled like dog or cat. Even the bedding itself did not feel or smell fresh to us. We've been coming here for the last 15 years and likely will look for a different hotel next time.
