The valet service was sub-par at best. It took 45 minutes to get our vehicle and we missed our dinner reservation and only one of the valet staff members was nice. The bathroom in the room was bizarre: a door on the water closet, but the side with the shower completely open to the rest of the room. No privacy at all if your sharing a room, which my sister in law and I were.

This was the worst experience we have ever had at a Hyatt property. Our room was very, very dusty. Then, every single day we had to practically beg to have our room cleaned and new towels. The Vallet ppl made comments that we were using our car too much. Valerie at the front desk is the only person that seemed to care and tried to help. Very disappointing.
