The room had a broken dead lock the blinds had dust/ the room kept getting dusty. The hook in the bathroom was broken and communication through the app was a little slow and never got things we requested

The room is pretty . The food are great ! Staff is nice . But one of the lady in the dining room I ordered cheese cake but she gave me graham cake . So my son said I can’t eat this .and the lady said try and I won’t charge you . But when we look at the bill she charge us and I was waiting for her to come she didn’t come until we left and look for her tip .

The bed closest to the interior wall in 909 needs replaced. It was quiet. I slept great! I am suprised to learn that dogs are allowed in this hotel; and I am allegic. Please post somewhere to warn us with dog and cat allergies that you do allow pets. Most staff were great although a large many of them did not speakl English. Front desk understaffed after 3P and no one ever answered the phone when I tried to ring from my room to the front desk. Front desk over-staffed during th ehours you do not need that much staff, and were just mssing around. I DID call and instruct that I am allergice to feathers and to please remove them BEFORE I arrived. They did not. The evening maid made me do all the work which made my allergies worse as I gathered up, FOR HER, all the comforters and pillows with the feathers. She was from Egypt and refused ot step into my room. I also do not like any comforters so I had previously requested just two simple blankets. i had to arrange that again, (by going back downstairs) and dealing with the front desk.

I stayed there on 12/19/25 and still haven’t received my $100 holding fee for incidental. I called the hotel on 12/29/25 in reference to this concern they gave me a number that didn’t work and keep getting the run around.

The room was clean. The views were amazing. My wife and I were gifted a free breakfast from Corolina, the front desk attendant. She was warm and welcoming.we took some photos and went to the room. With that being said, barely any of the other staff made us feel welcomed. We were ignored frequently by another front desk attendant, the kitchen manager, and followed around the property by security, even to the pool. While we were at our table in the restaurant taking photos , the kitchen Manager approached us and asked if we were dining or just “hanging out?”. Mind you, my wife was seated, and my cousin and I were taking photos as we waited on my brother and Nephew to arrive. We found that to be very rude. My wife and I eloped and didn’t have a lot of time to spare to celebrate. We decided to stay at the Hilton, expecting a magical, wonderful experience. Instead we have memories of maybe the most uncomfortable pre honeymoon ever. We won’t be able to go on the honeymoon we wanted for a while and what was supposed to be beautiful memories, is now overshadowed by the memory of feeling the most unwelcome and uncomfortable we’ve ever been at, in any hotel. This is a first time experience for us. We might not be as financially wealthy as other guests, which is fine, but my wife and I deserved better treatment and respect. The food at the restaurant was good, Big up's to the chef! Got great photos.
