Help finding lost stuffed animal
Thank you for writing. We had a pleasant stay. I am writing as I am quite desperate- my daughter left her stuffed animal horse on the bed in room 902 last night. We checked out this morning (7/20/24). The overnight front desk staff is not able to help me. They told me I have to call back tomorrow morning at 9am when the daytime staff and housekeeping arrive. I plan to begin driving back to the hotel soon so that I can be there at 9am when they arrive. Please if there is any way at all that you can help me to get in touch with the hotel staff and to help locate this stuffed animal I would be so very thankful. -Carrie Posey poseycarrie@yahoo.com

The hotel was clean and the location was convenient. The beds and showers were comfortable. The front desk staff were pleasant. Wasn’t a fan of the breakfast, I wouldn’t have paid for that. I’d def stay here again on a return trip to Philly!

When we first checked in we thought the hotel was good for the price and the staff was friendly and polite. Small things started to go wrong as soon as we got to our room however. The TV only got 11 stations, the door was warped and hard to close, the fire alarm went off in the middle of the night and the k cups did not fit into the coffee maker. This still was not an awful hotel, they just need to try harder.

Perfect for a quick trip or short stay
Came in for a baseball game and this was a great location close to airport and stadium. The free airport shuttle was convenient and got us to and from the hotel in a timely manner for flights. The hotel itself has been recently updated and is very nice. The area surrounding is not the best, but we were surrounded by other fans going to and from the game and didn't have any issues finding the ballpark.
