Kayman, a manager at the hotel was excellent in ensuring my concerns about luggage and late arrival were addressed. He made a difficult arrival seamless and pleasant. The hotel was clean and modern with a wonderful attentive staff. It was a great stay and I would definitely stay again.

Element was nothing less than excellent. The staff - from the valet to the front desk - everyone was helpful and kind. Our room was super clean and modern as are the public spaces for dining or lounging. We typically stay at the Westin and my entire family agreed that Element was more beautiful and had better amenities. Note: I have an EV. The valet took my car and plugged it in for complementary overnight charging. I was having an issue with the car charging, and a couple of valets came down with me and we made sure that my car would charge. Also we were allowed early check-in at 1pm. The complementary happy hour and breakfast are very good.

The hotel is located near a lot of places but location is a little sketchy. I didn’t enjoy the concierge being upstairs when coming in late night. Hotel key was difficult and I’ve never stayed at a hotel where food was served on paper plates and plastic utensils.
