This hotel is ideal for walking downtown. The staff are helpful, friendly and professional. Good value for your money. Would definitely stay here again.

PRO: Flowers out front very pretty. Lobby seemed neat and clean. Beds were comfortable. A/C and heat worked well. Room was very quiet. Location great - close to where we needed to be. CON: housekeeping needs to be better. Straw wrapper under bed that was not ours. Dust on circular bedposts that sit on the floor. Outside every room door the carpet corners seemed very dirty/dusty. Furniture chipped amd large fabric chair was very frayed.

The property looked much nicer in the photos than real life. The room was quiet. We requested the shower faucet to be adjusted. It went from freezing to scalding with no in between. The bathroom sink drained slowly. The maintenance staff fixed that also. Location was terrific. Very convenient and made the city walkable. Housekeeper was great and very pleasant. Breakfast was not included which was okay since the restaurant had mediocre ratings.
