We stayed for the weekend to see the Chinese Lantern Festival. Great location. All of the historical landmarks, Reading Terminal Market, shops, and restaurants were within walking distance. We loved this neighborhood. We've stayed in Philly before, and this has been my favorite location thus far. The hotel is nice. The hallways are a bit dark, and the carpet should be replaced. But the room was clean and comfortable to be in. We will definitely use this hotel again.

I appreciated the coffee even though it wasn’t very tasty. The workout room needs a quality exercise bicycle. I would have liked to use the swimming pool and think easterners are stupid in closing pools after Memorial Day.

Place was great. Only negative I can say is that we could not get a coffee in the mornings. Restaurant would only let us buy the entire breakfast buffet to get a single coffee. Room coffee was just not that good so we ended up leaving the hotel in mornings to walk and find a coffee shop,

This is a good hotel to stay at for sightseeing. Location is right in the middle and you can walk anywhere. Hotel rooms are outdated, windows dirty and the TV was glitchy. Overall good budget hotel

I have stayed at many Wyndham locations and this was not my favorite. The lobby is beautiful and the staff was friendly. But the parking garage is not attached so you have to find the one elevator and go down to the ground floor, walk outside, and then in the lobby. I was a little fearful walking the garage at night. The room itself was fine and clean but the air conditioner was extremely loud! Had I stayed for more than one night I would have asked for assistance because I didn’t sleep a wink.

Overall, the place was nice, but my comforter was ripped all across the top. It left an unkept feel to the place. The tiles in the bathroom were also lose. It seems like there needs to be a closer eye on the rooms and the materials in them.

Location, location, location. Located right in middle of historic neighborhood near all the historical museums and buildings. Hotel itself was nice but room smelled musty and wasnt very clean. Didnt complain because was only in room to shower and sleep.

Had a car problem and Christopher, who worked in the front like a bellhop in maintenance guy. Bob were absolutely wonderful. They figured out the problem they fixed it and just were beyond what they needed to do to help us. I highly recommend the hotel and the staff.
