The bed was not that comfortable, felt worn out with no cushion factor. Bulbs in washroom were flickering.. outside of that the rooms were great.. The only parking option being valet was not that great, considering it took forever to get my vehicle in the morning, nearly 45minutes which I didnt account for... the price for the parking with it so unorganized is way too high. With these matters fixed, I would be likely to return, otherwise I would not.

The staff was very courteous and the hotel is in a good location. I have visited there on 4 prior stays. The condition of the room is just ok. The heating/ac system is old and not consistent. There is no bell captain valet service so you need to manage your own bags from car to room. There is free coffee in am but that’s it. Traveling with a dog is convenient, no extra fees and dog friendly.

Checking in the young lady, I believe her name was Ty. Got us squared away with our room lounge cars and explanations of the hotel. We were able to get extra towels and the Housekeeping staff was accommodating around our schedule to get the room addressed. Valet parking was a plus, we didn't have to worry about get a spot every day. Enjoyed the hotel and will look to book there if I'm back in the city.

The room/experience was exceptional. The one thing i hate to complain about was that i noticed the towels were dirty with yellowish stains on them. I actually used the towel before noticing and wondered what was on me.. the room was clean but not super clean as a few things felt dirty. Overall the view and experience as a whole was great!

Overall, this was a below average hotel but close to a lot of things and walkable to many restaurants. The room we got was not at all like the one pictured when we booked. The room was also not very clean - felt very dusty, marks on the walls and doors. Paint job was pretty bad too. Shower was old and slightly rusty. The property was pretty outdated. Overall staff was good.

In addition to the room being dirty when we checked in ( I can’t add pictures but will on Yelp - sauce splashed on the wall from a previous occupants meal, spilled drinks, and broken drawers…), the TV didn’t work even with maintenance coming multiple times to press buttons and unplug and replug wires. I planned to extend our stay here by a day, but we will be checking out and going elsewhere. I do NOT recommend this place.
