I didn't like there was no Ironing board had to call front desk and wait for one to be delivered. One remote control for 2 TV - very much an inconvenience and the number one thing I disliked was seeing mouse glue traps hidden underneath furniture in the room

The pool is temporary closed and they don’t disclose that or discount it.. they tell you there’s complimentary breakfast but you have to pay extra in the booking more than half my guest did not eat..there were no sheets for 1 bed and when we went to the front they didn’t have any. There was like small blood spots on some of the couch pillows in both rooms . There we big stains on the pull out beds that mind you they didn’t have sheets for smh. The back of the toilet was broken in one room and we had to clean the tub because was left dirty. There was one guest coughing all over the breakfast literally about 20mins and not one staff member ask him to leave or cover his mouth and there were serval staff members around. The little heavy set man behind the counter and the lady monitoring breakfast was very rude and they did have a few staff members that were pleasant.

Property is average in every way. The rooms are getting "tired". Furniture was nicked and stained. Only one restaurant in walking distance and not a safe walk. Fitness center is cramped and lacking. Breakfast boasted of many made to order options but only offered eggs anyway you wanted and bacon. Eating area was dark. Utensils cheap and old. OK to stay, but no reason to go out of your way when better options may be available at same price.
