The staff didn’t clean my room the whole three nights I stayed there. I asked continuously. I also asked for towels. They said that they were washing them. There was a shortage so I had to wait on towels and honestly all the staff except for the guy at the front desk were rude.

The staff was really nice and helpful but when I got to my room the showerhead was filthy and the space with the refrigerator goes it had eight of wood like termites or something that ate away at it and the refrigerator was broken as well and the toilet did not flush other than that everything else was fine

There was police activity and a disturbance on the floor above me, which was somewhat disconcerting. But i guess these things happen. I never felt in danger myself. The room was fine and seemed clean. The hotel is okay, but had obviously seen better days.
