The my daughter became sick, went to docto,r the day before we were supppsed to stay. She was sick and unable to travel, plus contiguous. Hotel.com and Moto in Philadelphia refused to refund our room for two nights. The would rather have COVID 19 in there hotel then refund less then $300. BE WARNED, THESE CORPORATIONS WOULD RATHER VIRAL OUTBREAKES INSTEAD OF GIVING A SMALL REFUND.

The room was super hot, even with the thermostat down to 67 it never got below 72. The view from that room isn’t great either but, that’s what you get for a downtown hotel. We didn’t have to interact much with staff but those we did were very nice. The room was clean. The restaurants leave much to be desired there. If you’re going to attempt to have a 5 star restaurant the hallways and other decor should follow suit. The menu for the “rooftop” restaurant is very sparse.

My stay at this hotel was excellent. From the moment I walked in the door and walked through the very quaint lobby area to the check-in desk, where I was greeted by Angelina I believe her name was. She was kind and gracious and welcoming. She offered options in terms of which floor my queen deluxe room was on, and I could not have been happier with the room… Keep in mind, This is a boutique hotel. The rooms are on the small side, but it was absolutely perfect for me. A corner room with huge windows at the end of the hallway provided lots of quiet. The hotel itself is positioned in a prime location in the city, in my opinion. The room, albeit small, had everything you could possibly need. I would stay at this hotel again in a heartbeat.

Room was clean and staff was nice. Spent 500 per night on a room that was so cramped for 2 people and no space to set bags. “Luxury Queen Suite” was more like a walk in closet with a shower that was the largest space in the room. Way overpriced for what we got, disappointed overall.
