I recently stayed at the Motto by Hilton in Philadelphia Rittenhouse Square and was extremely impressed by the professionalism and kindness of the hotel staff. Despite a delayed flight causing my reservation to be unexpectedly canceled, the receptionist (whose name I unfortunately forgot) went above and beyond to resolve the issue. She was incredibly helpful and efficient, securing another room for me quickly and without hassle. Additionally, on the night of my departure, I encountered a delay when the valet attendant was unavailable in the parking deck. Once again, the front desk receptionist stepped in without hesitation. She made several phone calls and did everything within her power to assist me, demonstrating genuine care and dedication. The level of customer service I received during my stay truly made all the difference. I highly recommend this location to anyone visiting Philadelphia and look forward to staying here again. Thank you to the team for their outstanding hospitality!
