The room was very clean, but quite small (apparently, MOTTO is a 'microhotel'---interesting). But the room had everything needed, except room for much clothing (but I am told there are bigger rooms, if more space is required.) Anyway, our room was fine, as we were only there for a long weekend. The front desk staff was delightful. And there is a wonderful Mexican restaurant (and bar) on the premises, plus a cool coffee shop by the entrance. I would definitely stay here again.

Nice hotel, not far from the main sites. Rooms are small (European style), but okay for single travelers. Parking is expensive, but you can find cheaper options a few blocks from the hotel. Nice Mexican eatery on the top floor. The staff was friendly and helpful.

This is a trendy hotel in the heart of Philly. Checkin was courteous and easy. Our room was small, but it worked fine for our overnight stay. Comfortable bed and good shower. Easy to walk to Philly attractions, plenty of food, bars, shopping nearby. Coffee shop in the foyer. We parked in the lot across the street ($50 for 24 hours). Would recommend for a short stay in Philly.

I was there for a business trip. The staff were friendly and the reception desk was always helpful. We requested on three separate days to have cleaning done and the cleaning only happened once. On one of the days they only replaced our towels and on another day they did not show at all. The area around the hotel is great and has some wonderful dining options, lots of shopping and a couple of small but great parks.
