I had a fantastic stay at the Sheraton Philadelphia. The staff was incredibly welcoming and professional from the moment I arrived. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with all the amenities needed for both work and relaxation. The location is perfect—close to key attractions, restaurants, and transportation, which made getting around the city extremely convenient. I also appreciated the quality of the on-site facilities, especially the lobby, gym, and dining options. Overall, the service, comfort, and atmosphere made my stay exceptional. I look forward to returning on my next trip to Philadelphia. Highly recommended!

Sorry, don’t know about breakfast , but had so much trouble with parking. Every day , 2-3 times a day!!! Staff, they do not care , non. Only one girl at the front desk try to help. Even the day that I departure, can’t open garage gate. Room, forget about, btw Thursday true Sunday , no hot water !! No clean towels. OMG. I will dispute all charges . A spatially start with parking. And no hot water in Sheridan ? This is crazy. Sorry.
