My positive- Love the cleanliness and ample space of the Executive King Suite with sofa pull-out! Shower pressure was very good and my view was great! I also loved the fresh smell of the hotel that spilled out onto to street when you opened the doors at the main entrance. The very pleasant smell was throughout the hotel as if was coming right out of the vents. My negative- The hotel is located in doentown Philadelphia and there was a good amount of homeless individuals that were sleep around the hotel. The parking cost were way to expensive, on top of the fees charged to your credit card for incidentals.

I was disappointed in the bath products at this hotel. It is such a beautiful and upscale property, I expected much better products! The handsoap and body wash was a watered down basic soap. The lotion was truly almost nothing! I am sure this property can do better!

Valet parking needs attention. At 6:45 AM on Sunday it was a 20 minute wait. Friends of ours who tried to leave at 10:30 were held hostage for 1 hour to get their car. That is a massive flaw and will make me not return there.

Great customer service and central location close to Reading Terminal Market, City Hall and lots of other attractions. Dropped our daughter off at Penn and got to enjoy all that Philly has to offer this time of the year. Great staff overall with super comfortable rooms.
