The Pearl Resort was very relaxing, it had everything I needed to explore the islands for the days I was there, from snorkelling to JetSkiing to day tours to waterfalls with rope swings it definitely did not disappoint. The staff were very attentive and friendly. The resort was outstanding and the food was great. Can’t wait to come back.

We stayed at the perl a few weks ago and were less than impressed, the photos looked nothing like what we were presented with. We stayed in a family room (2 adults 1 child) the room was extremely run down. The aircon machine is on the deck and it very noisy. Our first night we were freezing as there is only a sheet (no blankets on bed) we woke up to all the floors in the room wet. I called reception to ask for an extra blanket and an extra towel as we only had two and to let them know the floors were wet. We were never given an extra towel or blanket and nothing more was communicated to us about the floor situation. Our second night i had no sleep and the bed is so uncomfortable and again we were freezing! I then decided we would check out and go to a better resort. When checking out a manager came to talk to us and said what can we do to make it better? It was too late by this point and was taken back when they said we can upgrade you but there is only one bed, dont know where my son would sleep?? Im frustrated that these 2 days of our holiday were ruined and no offer of a refund for the two other nights we were meant to stay there! 100% do not reccomend!

We didnt stay. This property is tired and run down and doesnt look anything like the photos. We didnt even feel safe there. One tiny pool jam packed with locals. We waited ages to check in in the heat. It was so busy we couldnt even get a chair. We would like our money refunded. We feel totally ripped off. We couldnt book alternative accomodation fast enough and get out of there. We will never go back!

Had a plate with cat shit on it outside our penthouse room and a glass with mould in it , obviously just put out from room as all leaves n rubbish swept outside door and left there and room stank. We did a trial and said nothing but moved it away from door to a table in the corridor and despite room service plates being stacked next to it it stayed there stinking for 2 days . No extractor fan in toilet , fridge had an iced up freezer , had no towels for 2 days ( whole hotel pool included ) , mouldy pool walls at swim up bar , paid for 5 nights left after 2 with no refund , didn’t care , went to the Hilton at Denarau for a clean and professional well run resort . The people at the pearl were great , friendly staff , just horrific management and no oversight on staff standards . Ps , the prices for drinks and food the same as the Hilton , no contest

Rooms in the old part of the hotel was a let down..said two double beds on their website but instead we got one double bed and two single beds put together which kept separating every time you moved. Rooms were very outdated. People next door complained about roaches. I would not recommend staying in the old part of the hotel. Seems like all resources and efforts is being put into servicing the new part of the hotel. Staff were super friendly as you except. If you do go here make sure they put you on the new part of the hotel and not on the old part or you’ll be bitterly disappointed and will ruin your experience. All the facilities were accessible and first class. They shouldn’t be charging four star prices for two star rooms.
