The Warwick was a great place to stay. it was a beautiful property with great gardens and pools. We were upgraded for free to an ocean view room which took my breath away. Every morning sitting on the veranda gave me that timeout to relax. The staff are absolutely amazing from the front desk, restaurant, cleaning staff and grounds people, they all had a smile and Bula. The only thing that I can have a very small negative comment on was the food, it was quite expensive and not much choice. But the food was amazing to eat. Loved our stay and hope to stay another time in a better season when it doesnt rain every day!

Second time here after 3 years. Disappointed that more money hasn't been spent on upkeep. Pool towels hard & fraying, most deckchairs broken, furniture in restaurants in need of repair, games like pool tables so bad they can't be played. Wifi kept dropping out and logging in every day (along with 2 device room max) is tedious in 2019. Several 'activities' simply didn't happen without any staff knowing anything about why. and many aren't repeated (eg. kokoda and kava) which meant there was no second chance on our 6 night trip. Food is just average from all restaurants, regardless of price. Wine selection is poor, especially by the glass (3 choices only - 2 white, 1 red). Staff - in most cases - are helpful (front desk staff great but restaurant staff seemed disinterested and unhelpful - even sending me to 2 restaurants to get cutlery for my now-going-cold meal when they should have sorted it themselves). Location is good, and free snorkelling & kayaking/paddleboarding right on the beach is a plus. Overall, it's a 3-star at best with 4/5 star pricing. Not sure I'd return for a third time and for the price I think the better value is to be had in Denarau.

We felt the rooms were quite dated and need additional cleaning. Unfortunately the room below us seemed to be the ‘party’ room for gathering a number of the guests. This hotel would really only suit those families wanting to dump & run with the children’s club. The food is not great, we noticed many staff on however the buffet would run out of essentials (bowls, spoons). Two of our children have also come down with hand foot & mouth which would mean the high chairs etc have not been thoroughly cleaned between use. Or the other children have not been supervised at the children’s buffet
