The staff are amazing and welcoming if it was for them I am not sure I would have enjoyed my stay. The pool is nice and the spa team is amazing. But unfortunately the resort is far away from alot of the tourist attraction and the resort decor is outdated. The bed is comfortable.

Like the river boat, liked the friendly staff, liked the Burres. Not liked: Limited well priced food options, and the shingle roofs on most Burres need replacing.

The resort was lovely. Daily room service was great except they kept forgetting to restock the milk. Would not recommend the horse ride unless they improve the cleaness of the trail and the condition of the horses. The game area - table tennis, darts etc- was a great space. Loved the deck chairs and ocean views. All staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful.

I had a great time for the few nights I was at the Double Tree by Hilton Fiji resort. I picked this resort because it was close to the airport, on the water, and as a solo traveller felt safe going to a family style resort. The staff are amazing. I loved my little bungalow overlooking the ocean, was a great place to watch the sunset over the ocean.

The staff were incredible! Special shoutout to Keisha whom we affectionately called, queen Keisha. She knew all of our names from day one and always greeted us with warmth and lots of smiles. The property was beautiful and we enjoyed the amazing sunsets and stars at night. If you needed something at the resort you just had to ask and they would make sure you had what you needed. If you are looking for a beautiful place to relax and welcoming staff, the hilton double tree won't disappoint. We miss you already!

The staff at the Doubletree were absolutely phenomenal! They made our stay everything it was. We were greeted everyday with bright friendly smiles and my children were dotted on. Facilities were immaculate and well maintained. Food was great - we even had breakfast boxes made on check out as we were leaving so early. This is the perfect hotel to come and relax. We had a few issues with our door letting us back in and this needed to be rectified a couple of times. It would have also been nice to have some additional food options as by day 5 we’re had mostly eaten through the menu. However staff were fantastic at helping us with everything. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

This Hotel is very old and it has seen good days..need urgent renovations. There is not enough light in the room,no light in ceilings. Bottom lights are useless..I complained to reception that the light and telephone was not working ..nothing was done..it seems your voice is unheard or you talking to walls. I stayed two nights and could not sleep well both nights. The air-conditioned is so loud,we pay so much to have sleepless night's. I walked to the reception since the phone was not working and asked the reception and the housekeeping staff for clean towels next day but unfortunately no one came with clean towels. ..i had to use the used towels. No use complaining at front desk because the only word they say or are told to say is "SORRY". I paid around $1000 for two nights and regret a lot. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The best thing about this hotel was the staff. Loved our time here. It has no sandy beach but the pool is great. It is 35 minutes drive from Denarau where all the island day trips and sunset dinner cruise leave from so that is an added trip expense. The local town of Nadi isn’t safe for tourists we were told, especially women. So the day trips are the thing to book. The staff could not do enough and all local people which really enhanced the Fiji experience. The Tavu restaurant served good food but that’s it. Room service food was good and breakfast buffet.
