Middle range resort reflected in the price. Kids club was lacking. Facilities have been run down a little and mgmt are currently doing up parts of the property. Dinner choices lacking as the resort is isolated. Most staff very nice.

After visiting Fiji 15 times, this is amongst the worst resorts I have stayed at. No beach, very expensive sub standard food, rooms like any rooms in any motel anywhere, with no pictures on the wall, no atmosphere, substandard maintenance. Staff and service was absolutely amazing. Resort was beautifully maintained. Pool was great and swim up bar was so much fun. Staff were great with the kids. Would be gteay to see some additional food choices but overall good was delicious. As the resort is only accessible by boat there is not much to do outsode of the resord without booking a full day trip or a car. Overall a great holiday sitting on the pool.

Overall this is a wonderful property with great facilities. Most of the staff were super helpful and friendly. Unfortunately we had a reoccurring issue with our power tripping but in most cases maintenance was very prompt in coming to rectify the issue. The staff at the bars and restaurants were extremely charismatic, enthusiastic and helpful! The location is great being slightly disconnected from the mainland but with boats running frequently, we never waited more than 2 minutes for a boat. The tour desk at the hotel was handy with all transfers being coordinated on our behalf. The buffet food options were lovely and the swim up bar was a nice touch! Would definitely stay here again.

Tokasa who worked in the food and beverage section was absolutely wonderful. She was very good at her job and was always exceeding expectations. She is one of the nicest people we have ever met and she will be a key memory for us of this trip to Fiji. She definitely deserves praise and recognition for her outstanding work.

Overall it was good however the beach front bure rooms had unfinished construction site just right in front of our balcony which made it not a great view. Hope to see it finished next time
