Bed was clean but very dusty headboard we had 3 geckos in the room each night, staff weren’t helpful sometimes came across rude. Food was expensive considering it wasn’t great food either. Waited an hour for a Blt sandwich and it arrived with no lettuce. No phones to contact reception, no card machines at the bar

Firstly the property is located on a dirt road with nothing nearby but a crematorium/ funeral home next to the property and the very swampy dirty bush in front of the “beach”. The beach at the property was swamp like and nobody was even near it other than some local fishing boats. There are no other facilities nearby so in order for you to do anything other than sit at the resort you have to use transport. Food was terrible but the pizza restaurant at the property was okish. Breakfast offered was beyond terrible and never refilled. Staff are a hit and miss with some being helpful and others just uninterested. Prices were high and quality low. Rooms are dated but clean. The best part of this resort were the gardens and a great place for a sunset photo where you can deceive people into thinking you were at an awesome place!

Club Fiji Resort is located on a beautiful beach, with views of the beach where ever you are when at the resort. We wanted a bure on the beach, and we got that. The views were spectacular! The staff were extremely friendly and kind, but the overall service was a bit crap to be honest. It truly gave meaning to the Fijian saying of “island time”. We had some awesome experiences that overshadowed the negative, but unfortunately, the bad experiences just kept on piling up. My recommendation to people wanting a picturesque holiday, Club Fiji is the place for you, just maybe go elsewhere for your meals. Lovely bar though, but don’t expect a cocktail in a coconut, cause it won’t happen, even after being promised one, for our special celebration. Unfortunately, we will not be back, as the surprise planned for my partner was ruined, I guess just due to poor communication between the staff.
