With cockroachs everywhere including, buffet area, i was extremely disappointed with the hotels conditions. Slow service and lack of staff willingness to assist. For a well known international chain of hotels, I felt like I was in third world country!

2 rooms not ready till 4pm, reception staff didn't seem to care, we booked 3 rooms and they were all smelly, carried our own luggage to our rooms, we had to work out where the rooms were and where the restaurant was, no maps or directions given to us, this was truly the worst customer service experience and hotel we stayed at, glad it was just for one night.

Dirty, shabby, and roaches. It was GROSS! I would not stay here again OR recommend it.

Room was spacious. Staff were helpful and friendly. Only downsize was the unavailability of shuttle service from Airport to Novotel Hotel on arrival so we had to find our own way to the hotel.
