Specifically booked this place because I thought it would be convenient and it was advertised as family friendly. I organised a baby cot ahead of time which they confirmed via email would be available but when I asked for it on check-in, all I got was blank stares. They told me they couldn't get the cot because the cleaner had already left for the day and they had the key. Our baby had to sleep in the bed between us. The facilities were old and run-down. We did enjoy the pool

First night, we had bed bugs. Got bitten. Was moved to another room. Couldn't sleep whole night. Walked away the next day to another hotel. This hotel should not be marketed as all. I just walked away even though I had paid for stay in advance/non-refundable.

Booked and was charged for a Delux room but was given a standard room. Book the Delux as it was advertised as wheelchair accessible. It was a struggle to move in the standard room and I couldn't access the bathroom. On arrival was told credit cards couldn't be used as the staff member who processes the payments was on medical leave. Don't think I will stay there again after this experience.

Bathroom and shower no water going down drain notified the receptionist at 4afternoon no action taken till came at 10 pm night when receptionist told me that all maintenance people gone home with a attitude after a discussion for 30 minutes then she changed my room they should check hey they hand the room I never recommend any to stay there thanks

Good - Hotel shuttle available, Front desk staff nice. Location ok, Pool. Bad - noise. Could hear next door's alarm going off, and the music downstairs, people talking in the corridor. Amenities were not great - shower and water pressure was awful. Blocked drain with hair. - no free wifi - $10 for a 24hr voucher code. But only certain amount of vouchers.
