The property needs a refurbishment. The rooms need a lampshade for night reading. Taps and plumbing fixtures need repairs. The tiny analog TV in my room looks like it’s straight out of the 70’s era. TV reception was poor. Wifi should be free for paying guests. The electric kettle has brown scum rendering it unfit for hygiene. The bath towels need a bleach soak to remove the horrendous reddish hue. The noise level from the loud thumping music and the supermarket cooling unit was well above my tolerance level. I could not sleep a wink.

The meals we had for dinner upon arrival were fantastic for our first night in Fiji. Transfers to and from the airport were prompt. In general the stay was ok but we only stayed one night.

Needs a lot of improvements

Pros: Good food
Cons: Staffs need to smile
Location: Good
Staffs need a lot of hospitalty trainings,staff communication very poor and capricorn needs over all review of their billings system as they couldn't calculate my proper billings

Convienience

Hotel needs renovations.not enough parking spaces. Hotel needs new linens. There was no remote for tv. Air con was noisy. Night club next door had loud music whole night till the morning.l
