Wonderful stay with my daughter. We had everything we needed, Restaurants, service and grounds were amazing. My only criticism from a personal choice was the mattress which I found to be hard and it had a hump running down the centre. I found it a bit uncomfortable during our 7 night stay. I did go to the in-house pillow shop to borrow pillows to make my sleep a bit more comfortable. Other than that we had a very pleasant stay. If you don’t have children I would suggest you stay in the adults only area of resort as it can get a bit hectic with the children around the pool in the main area. We spent most of our time in the cabanas on the beach which we found to be more pleasant and quiet.

This was our best vacation ever, and it's all thanks to the unforgettable service!! The adult-only section was incredibly generous and indulgent, and the food was a highlight—the best of the five restaurants at the resort. But what truly made our trip was the outstanding staff. They are the warmest, kindest people I have ever met. We felt so welcomed and spent our days hugging, dancing, and laughing with them. A huge thank you to Noa, Sky, Lily, Siti, Tia, and Samu at the front gate, and to the entire team who made our vacation so much better!! The clean rooms, comfortable beds, and amazing pool with the best happy hour were all top-notch, and we can't wait to come back! Don't miss 7th heaven! so much funnn
