It was my first time staying at the Sheraton. The stay definitely exceeded my expectations. Very clean room. Fast service. All staff was welcoming and approachable. Wow what an experience! This was our 3rd visit to Fiji, (previously stayed at Marriott Momi Bay and a resort in the Yasawas) and the Sheraton was by far the best stay we’ve ever had! The rooms were immaculate, the staff were genuinely helpful and friendly, the all-inclusive package was such good value for money, and the kids club was a great experience for our 4 year old. I don’t have a single negative thing to say about this resort!

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Resort was clean and beautiful. However I was disappointed with sound insulation for the rooms. At night you could hear outside conversations clearly. You could also hear toilets flushing and people walking around in other rooms.

We have stayed here two years in a row and haven’t been disappointed. The staff are super friendly, the resort and rooms are clean and modern and the restaurants are delicious. It is family friendly and the kids club is always a hit!
