Staying at Wailoaloa Beach was much preferable to being in busier areas of Nadi! We appreciated the quietness of the day however the nights were quite noisy, particularly over the weekend. Nemia the concierge is an asset to the hotel as he went above and beyond to make us welcome and was so helpful.

The staff were amazing- very friendly, welcoming and hospitable really can’t fault them! The room was very spacious and had what we needed with a washing machine, dryer and cooking appliances. There is a supermarket about 3 min walk away- the restaurants were great and had many options. Lovely beach with warm sea! Only down side was that our room was next to where the housekeeping are so you could hear them clear as day in the mornings but they were very lovely!

What an incredible place! We booked a suite for 2. It was modern (eg. 6 USB ports), very well equipped, and all the appliances and cupboards seemed new. It was very quiet and clean. The AC worked great. It was surprisingly spacious and uncluttered, considering all the amenities and appliances that were included. Plenty of restaurants and a grocery store nearby. Right on the ocean with lots of lounges/beanbags/chairs. Best of all were the staff - super friendly and helpful. Lots of smiles and “bula” whenever paths crossed. They phoned our room every day to ensure we had everything we needed. If you had a problem or needed something they responded immediately. They often went way beyond our expectations, eg. I asked whether they had a sports bar to watch the Super Bowl and they said “no” but we’ll phone around and see who does. I highly recommend this place, even if you don’t need all the appliances provided. We hope to return to Fiji one day and won’t even consider staying anywhere else.

We had an incident with house keeping. Money went missing from husband’s wallet. One evening just after 4pm after we got back to room, room hadn’t been cleaned. House keeping staff came to room about 5 minutes after we were in room. We sat out on balcony while they were in room cleaning. Husband had left wallet lying inside as we had just come in and he had just unpacked our bag. After they left my husband noticed a $100 note and a $50 note missing from wallet. He immediately called down to reception and they sent the 2 house keeping staff back to room!!! Where was manager? My husband went straight down to reception and asked for police to be called. Police turned up and took statement. Of course we didn’t expect to get money back- they were denying it so it was our word against them! Our issue was that after this happened we had no follow up from management. They never called us, never made any effort to speak to us during rest of holiday. I found this very frustrating and upsetting.

Very clean room. The food at the restaurant was just okay. The beach is nice and they have plenty of chairs to lie in. The swimming pool is a bit small. Overall, it's a nice place.

This is the third time my family had I stayed at Ramada I highly recommend this place to anyone with children staff are very professional and kind . The view is stunning and my kids love it

Nicely set up room-even had a washer & dryer, kitchen facilities and dishwasher along with balcony with water view. Upper restaurant was our favorite place to eat as the breeze kept you cool and you could see out for miles. Hotel is beachfront-grey sand but walkable for a long way and lots swimming. But the best part of our stay here was the friendly and welcoming staff who were happy to care for your every need.
